Cancellation Policy

1. Non-refundable deposit, but convertible into a voucher

For cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded but will be converted into a voucher of the same amount, which can be used for a new booking within 3 months from the cancellation date, with the stay to be completed within 6 months from the voucher’s issuance.

2. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival

For cancellations made between 14 and 3 days before arrival, the deposit will be fully retained and not convertible into a voucher.

3. Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) and no-show

For cancellations made within 48 hours before arrival, as well as in the case of a no-show, the full amount of the stay and any booked services will be charged, with no possibility of refund or reuse of the amount paid.

4. Early departure

In the event of an early departure before the scheduled check-out date, the full amount of the booked stay will still be required.

5. Booking modifications

Date changes are possible subject to availability. If requested at least 14 days before arrival, the amount already paid may be transferred to the new booking.
Changes requested less than 14 days before arrival will be subject to the cancellation conditions stated above.
